I make myself available to answer those 100+ questions that the typical anxious first-time buyers will have because let’s be real, purchasing a home can be very stressful but I say leave that stress to me!

When representing my sellers, I use innovative marketing and sales techniques to make sure they get the best and highest offer for their home. I take the time to study the current market conditions and sales data because we all know the way to sell your property now isn't the same as a year ago or even 2 months ago. It takes my type of experience to understand the different techniques required to market your property and get it sold!

I work as a team with the love of my life, my husband Martin Gomez, who is a mortgage lender. Together we do whatever it takes to get the job done! Our business is primarily referral based, so it is extremely important to us that we close our clients' transactions providing the utmost service and least stressful experience possible.
